Cassandra Worthy is Founder & CEO of Change Enthusiasm® Global, a leading Growth Enablement firm specializing in navigating the emotional landscape of change to accelerate growth. Her firm creates value for its client base through consulting, web-based services, and training. Cassandra is the Chief Enthusiasm Officer of We Are Change Enthusiasts LLC, the certification arm of her Global firm. Cassandra and her firm are on a mission to nurture the worlds’ resiliency and adaptiveness, enhance conscious innovation, and inspire conscious leadership through change.
Cassandra is a former Fortune 100 executive, holding several leadership positions at both Procter & Gamble and The Duracell Co. Prior to founding her firm, she spent nearly 15 years in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry leading organizations delivering innovation across some of the world’s most iconic brands. Through her corporate experiences, she has not only endured but THRIVED during major change challenges including acquisition and significant organizational restructure. This endurance was thanks to the creation and cultivation of her unique strategy of Change Enthusiasm®. This strategy, now at the core of her consulting firm, is taking the public and private sectors by storm. With energy that could light up an entire city grid, Cassandra is invigorating and inspiring hundreds of thousands all over the world with this unique, fresh take on change.
Cassandra holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech as well as certification in the globally practiced and Mental Health Systems validated Emotional Intelligence assessment tools EQi-2.0 and EQ360. During her time at Georgia Tech she played Division I Track & Field, breaking the school’s shot-put record before even stepping on campus. She held that record through sophomore year then went on to be a contributing member of the school’s very first NCAA women’s indoor championship team. Cassandra currently resides in Atlanta, GA close to her strongest foundation of all: family.
